We loved the spacious and comfortable beds, perfect for couples. The huge TV with all channels, including Sky Sports, was a bonus. The breakfast offered a wide range of options for all tastes and nationalities. The location was excellent, close to Green Park underground with easy access to London's attractions. Staff were friendly without being obtrusive, and the air conditioning worked well.
Felt very welcome, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The interior was elegant yet cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious options to choose from. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Green Park, making it convenient to visit central London sites on foot. it is situated near the charming shepherd's market, allowing guests to explore local shops and eateries. The rooms are newly renovated with beautiful bathrooms, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is great, offering a variety of options to start the day right.
The phone service can be a bit frustrating as it seems difficult to get a response from the staff, especially when trying to contact housekeeping, reception, or room service.

This luxury hotel is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. the exclusive amenities, including the private facilities, are exceptional. the friendly and attentive service from all staff made me feel like VIP. the restaurant had a wide range of delicious and high-quality dishes. the in-room breakfast provided was perfect with a variety of options. the bar and lounge area had a great ambiance and trendy decor.
The only minor issue was the location, as it was a bit far from the beach. the hotel's convenient location advantages, like being near city attractions and public transport stations, made up for it.
